A Comparison: Success on the field and in Executive Search
All of us look for the most promising way to success, but there seems to be no patent medicine available. This is true in every discipline. In fact, as a former Olympic Champion, I can find common similarities between being extremely successful in sports as well as in executive search.I was a member of the renowned German Field Hockey Team that won various world championships and now I am an executive search consultant for AIMS International, which is considered to be among the top five search firms worldwide.
