AIMS International AGM – Curitiba
The rise of the BRICS and Resumption of the Global Economy are among the main topics to be discussed
AIMS International, the largest executive search network in the world, will hold its annual meeting in Brazil this year. Representatives from over 40 countries will meet in Curitiba between 21 and 25 September to discuss topics such as “The Resumption of the Global Economy” and “The Rise of the BRICS countries.”
Among the reasons that are doing the world turn its eyes to the BRICS countries are: the industrial production costs are lower than other countries, specialized labor still has a relatively lower cost and the consolidation and growth of the consumer market (classes B, C and D, mainly). “Brazil is living a special moment of hiring and transfer of executives at this moment. The event [in Curitiba] will serve as a gateway to our international partners bring other businesses and professionals to our country,” says Bernardo Entschev, president of De Bernt Entschev, the only company to represent AIMS International in Brazil.
Brazil has shown itself a great showcase for the outside companies exhibit their products and services. The automotive sector in the country, marked recently by the entrance of Chinese car industries, may now also houses the truck industry. The transport system of commodities and products in Brazil is basically made through the highways. So the country is a very strong market and is already attracting manufacturers of trucks. Two companies already have advanced plans to build plants in Parana – the state which Curitiba is capital.
The presence of spokesmen for the world event, as well as representatives of AIMS from all the world, and the presence of executives from large local companies will make the opening cocktail event a great place to exchange ideas, cards and make interviews.
