AIMS International Strategy of Innovation Leaders Summit on 22 February in Bulgaria

AIMS Human Capital Bulgaria and Macedonia in partnership with the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum (BBLF) is expected to be attended by over 200 prominent C-level business leaders from Bulgaria and other European countries.

The keynote speaker will be Jill Hellman, chief innovator for The Innovation Network, an international non-profit evaluation, research and consulting firm.

Hellman has more than 15 years of experience in strategy, innovation and training. She spent the first 10 years of her career inside Fortune 500 companies, serving as director of strategy for AutoNation, a $19bn (?11.8bn) US automotive retail firm.

Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum Awards Socially Responsible Companies

The Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum has given out its annual social responsibility in business awards for the seventh year in a row.

A jury, chaired by Sofia mayor Yordanka Fandakova, handed out prizes in five categories and two special awards for commitment to the employees, which was landed by mobile operator Vivacom, and for small and medium-sized enterprises, which went to the Bulgarian Training Firms Net.

Bulgaria’s first and biggest mobile operator Mobiltel walked away with three awards, while UniCredit Bulbank was named the biggest investor in environment.

The Bulgarian Business Leaders’ Forum is the largest organization in Bulgaria dealing with business ethics and corporate civic responsibility. It was founded in 1998 and is an associate of the International Business Leaders’ Forum of the Prince of Wales.

More than two hundred Bulgarian and international companies are members of the BBLF. They have made a commitment to work in accordance with the Business Ethics Standard crafted by the forum in 2004.
