AIMS International initiates operations in Peru

AIMS International, the global executive search company, announced the opening of their offices in Lima.

AIMS International has announced also, through Rolf Heeb, executive president of AIMS International, the incorporation of Armando Cavero Guerrero like partner.
Cavero will be in charge of the offices in Peru, from where Bolivia and Ecuador will also be cover, according to their information.

Heeb affirmed that “Armando Cavero Guerrero actually owns an outstanding international executive experience and experience within Executive Search, which is complemented with the support of our more than 350 consultants in 50 countries and 90 offices”.

On the other hand, Armando Cavero explained that the approach that he will give to AIMS International in Peru is one that will be raised with a lever in the Internet and the intensive use of the technology that is in fashion for the businesses of XXI century.

This is what they have denominated “Head Hunting In The Cloud,” by the application of the “Cloud Computing Model” to this practice, he added.

AIMS International ratifies Executive Board

Shanghai, China/ Vienna, Austria – Following 2 days of intensive meetings, AIMS International, the predominant Executive Search  and Talent Management firm held Executive Board elections at their Global Partners meeting in Shanghai, China.

The partners, representing 90 offices and 50 countries, re-elected Rolf Heeb of Germany as President and John Poracky of the United States as Vice President. In addition, Jean Frey of Switzerland was re-elected as Vice President, Western EMEA and Per Kaalby of Denmark was elected as Vice President, Northern EMEA.

The re-election of Messrs. Heeb, Poracky and Frey indicate partner satisfaction with their respective abilities to fulfil Board mandates and assure seamless, high quality, cross-border business process integration.  On consideration of a second, 3-year term, Heeb said “This will further improve our position within the top 5 Executive Search Firms in the world, quality-wise.”
