The AIMS International Partners in the AMERICAS have elected Bernardo Entschev
as VP AMERICAS in it´s Annual General Meeting in Stockholm. He is joining John Poracky in the Regional Board in the AMERICAS.
Bernardo Entschev has started his career in the health area and worked as an auditor within large Health Care and Insurance companies. During his acting as an HR consultant, he has specifyied himself in the attendance of companies in the automotive business.

End of June 2012, AIMS International is going to celebrate its 20th anniversary. Originally a business network established by three executive search consultants, over the years the organization was developed into a global partnership with 90+ offices in over 50 countries. What is the basis for this success?
One key factor, explains Christian Schulte, Manager of International Business Development, is that the organization’s structure meets important market needs: Companies going global increasingly look for retained executive search firms that offer uniform services on a global scale – preferably at consistent quality levels and processes, but with sufficient room to maneuver at the local level.

AIMS International used the occasion with a team of senior consultants at 4th Wind Energy NRW Industry Day in Cologne on 21-22, June 2012, in which German, Dutch and Flemish wind industry was involved, to increase the European industry knowledge.
The dialogue with most experts in this area of the industry was conducted by AIMS International President Rolf Heeb, AIMS International Practice Team Member Industrial and Engineering Ralf Schotten and AIMS International Practice Team Member Industrial and Engineering Peter Barkhurst. AIMS International BD Manager Christian Schulte coordinated the presence at the conference to ensure that the needs of the participating companies will be directly communicated to the relevant AIMS International partner wherever on the globe.
AIMS International met most of the speakers but also got in contact with the other exhibitors. “We made a good choice to use this event to get deeper into the WIND community in Germany, The Netherlands and Belgium. This is a family that received us very openly.”
